  • What if I encountered a damage/error with my product upon receiving it?
    Please email us to gotomysticsoulcenter@gmail with your concern and attach pictures of the issue(s) in question. We will make every effort to respond and resolve as soon as possible.
  • What if my shipment tracking says my order was delivered but it is not here?
    Please contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the shipment's details and update us via email.
  • Can I switch/exchange my print to order item for a different size?
    Unfortunately our print fulfillment servicers cannot exchange and send the product in a different size. Customers would have to place a new, separate order. Print to order Returns can be sent back but please contact/email us first to inform us of your request.
