Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  Orders containing items from different categories may arrive in separate packages on different dates.  

 

For Print to Order items from our Printful servicer please allow up to14 business days to create and ship products within USA.  Your order cannot be altered or cancelled once it has been shipped.  All sales are final.  Please contact us right away at: gotomysticsoulcenter@gmail.com if there is an unexpected problem with your order or with your shipment.  This does not include incidents of missed packages/pick ups that are on the customer's behalf.


If you have not received your Print to Order items or updates about their shipping after 14 days of your purchase, please email us right away at the above email address. 

 

For the Intuitive Card Decks please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery if a deck is out of stock and needs to be requested for printing and shipping after order is placed.

Current promotion allows for free shipping if an order totals $75 or more (prior to shipping + sales tax).

If your shipment is lost and the tracking indicates it was delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to file a claim with the respective carrier if needed.  Our fulfillment services cannot resend the item and cannot issue a refund in this case.  If your shipment is lost in transit please contact the shipping carrier first and email us to report it if needed.

 

Please note that for international shipping there may also be customs fees or delays added depending on your country/region and their guidelines.  Please note you (the customer) will be responsible for paying those fees to the designated customs agency in your country in order to receive your products.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Print to Order purchases are final as we work with product fulfillment services and follow their policies.  We do not issue refunds nor accept returns as we do not stock inventory.

If there is a problem or defect with the quality of your order please report it to us within 14 days of receiving order by emailing us at: gotomysticsoulcenter@gmail.com.  We can offer a replacement product of the same item/same size or offer a Refund Credit to use in our shop. 

Please note we do not offer replacements or take returns if the customer is needing to replace for a

smaller or larger size.

Please note that our fulfillment services do not offer any refund orders for:  size exchanges or buyer's remorse.  Customers would have to place a new order to request a different size. 

 

If a product arrives damaged, or with a defect or printing error, please email pictures of the issue/concern and report it to us at: gotomysticsoulcenter@gmail.com For Print Order Items, we will submit a problem report to our fulfillment servicer and provide you with their respective Product-return address.

Please note that for Print to order products, If you provide an address that is inaccurate or missing information, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment servicer location. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once the address is verified.  This also applies if your shipment stays unclaimed and needs to be returned to the fulfillment service location.

​

Please note that all sales are final for our other Shop products.  For Card Decks/paper products: we can only offer a replacement if your product arrives damaged or with a defect.  A Refund Credit to use in the shop may also be offered.

​

No refunds/returns are available for our Resin Pyramids and Bijoux (Jewelry) items.  Email us if you have a question/concern about these items.
