These Terms of Use represent an agreement between you and Mystic Soul Center Reflections and its affiliates, directors, owners, agents, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and representatives.  This website, www.mysticsoulcenterreflections.shop, is operated and owned by Mystic Soul Center Reflections.  Through the site and this text, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mystic Soul Center Reflections.  The terms “Services” and “Products” will henceforth refer collectively to our website, and to all our services and products, whether tangible, verbal, written, or digital in form, that are made available through our site or our affiliate purchasing sites.  By using any of our Services or Products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply and be bound by these terms.

Mystic Soul Center Reflections grants you the right to use the Services/Products you have purchased for your personal use only, in accordance with these Terms.  You may not transfer, copy, publish, exploit, reproduce, record, sell nor resell any Service or Product for your own gain or monetary profit, in English nor in any other language.  We reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms.  We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any content or aspect of a Service/Product at any time.  If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of these Terms, we may terminate your right to use the Services or Products by cancelling your obligation for future payments if applicable, and without providing a refund.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to the following: errors in pricing, fraudulent orders, product/service availability, non-payment, or other reasons.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if a fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transaction is suspected.  You may not use our services or products for any unauthorized or illegal practice, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction through your use of our services and products.

 

Payment

If you decide to buy any service or product through our website, you may be asked to provide some information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, your card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information.  You guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the legal right to use the payment method in connection with your purchase, and that the information you provide to us is correct, true, and complete.  When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the credit card, debit card or PayPal account you provide for a one-time payment, monthly payment, or two-payment plan, depending on which payment plan you select.  You authorize us to provide the information necessary to our connected third parties for facilitating the transaction and completion of your purchases.

Returns/Refunds

See our Return/Refund section for more info.  All sales are final.  We may offer a replacement or credit towards another product available, depending on issue of concern.  We retain the sole right to determine eligibility criteria for a refund/return request. 

Limitations of Liability

You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the services.  The services and products, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

While we make efforts in good faith to include accurate information in the services and products, errors or omissions may occur.  In spite of our best efforts, information in a product or service on our site may have an error involving the price, may be inaccurately described, or may be unavailable.  If we are notified of errors or omissions, we will make our best efforts to correct them within a reasonable time.  We reserve the right to update or make changes to the information of our products and services at any time without prior notice.   We do not make representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the services and products that the services/products will meet all your requirements; that the site and services will function uninterrupted; and no warranties as to the results that will derive from using any of the information included in the services/products.  We shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms of Use caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

In no event shall Mystic Soul Center Reflections and its affiliates, directors, owners, founders, agents, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and representatives be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages stemming out of or in any way connected with your use of, delay of use, or inability to use the services.  Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the product or service giving rise to such liability. 

 

You agree that you assume all responsibilities and obligations in respect to any decisions, suggestions, recommendations or conclusions made or offered as a result of the use of the services/products, including without limitation to any decision or action taken by you in reliance upon the products and services.

Law/Jurisdiction

These terms shall be regulated by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California.  You agree with us that any action or dispute between us will be determined and resolved exclusively by arbitration in the State of California.
